Directions To 54 Degrees-North From Main Road A66. From Scotch Corner.

The turn off for Barnard Castle is in the right lane (when heading West) of a section of dual carriageway. Once off the A66 you will follow a 'B' road to a set of traffic lights before a bridge. Turn right then over the bridge and follow the road to the 'T' junction. Turn left and follow the road into town; at the end you will come to a roundabout that has an old butter market on it (Stone Circular Building). Turn right and go through the market town of Barnard Castle, the road bends to the right and up a hill, at the top.

From the North West: Follow the M6 south until junction 40, take the A66 east to Penrith, continue on the A66 to Bowes, then follow the road Barnard Castle. You will enter Barnard Castle on a long straight road with a 'T' junction at the end. Turn right and left at the next lights and go over the county bridge. As you cross over the bridge the road is straight for 2-300 yards then it bends to the left, go left and up a steep hill, at the top you will come to a roundabout that has an old butter market on it. Go straight and go through the market town of Barnard Castle, the road bends right then goes up a slight incline.

From the A1 North and South: Exit at Scotch Corner and take the A66 following signs to Barnard Castle. The turn off for Barnard Castle is in the right lane of a section of dual carriageway.
